Raizen has recently chosen our ISA IJSERV Flota technology to launch a new product called Shell Flota on the Paraguayan market that allows its customers to efficiently manage their vehicle fleets.
Using a physical card or virtual card, the vehicles and/or drivers of a fleet can refuel or use services at the Filling Station in a controlled manner and with all the relevant authorizations.
It is also possible to monitor the kind of fuel that can be pumped into each vehicle, the stations where refuelling is possible, as well as opening days and hours.
Another major feature is its flexibility, which allows the customer to refuel even if they do not have the card on arrival at the filling station. This is done by generating electronic filling orders that obtain authorization for fuel delivery in a matter of seconds.
The software operates from the cloud, and monitoring in the Filling Station is done through POS terminals. This enabled quick and efficient rollout throughout the network.
